Green Pastures Community Church partners with the National Church Adopt-a-School Initiative (NCAASI) to serve urban youth.

Positive Local Impact: Providing essential social services to Easton's youth and families.

The initiative began over 25 years ago when a Dallas high school faced significant challenges.

Dr. Tony Evans and his church stepped in, transforming the school's atmosphere and creating a model for positive change.

Restoring Order: Twelve men regularly walked the halls to promote calm and stability.
Challenging Youth: Dr. Evans personally challenged students to make positive choices.
Spreading the Mission: The successful model expanded to over 65 schools in Dallas and Fort Worth.

In 2006, the NCAASI was officially formed to train and equip churches to replicate this proven social outreach model.
